Objective
- To encourage fraternity,feeling of
co-opertion and mutual help among the Members of the confederation,
in respect of the subject connected with common good of the trade,
industry and profession of building construction and development of
lands.
- To encourage adoption and promotion
of fair business practice according to an ethical code of fair business
pratices and to maintain effciency. Dignity and intergrity of the
confederation.
- To promote and protect the general
interest, of the Members and to keep liaison with the govermment to
formulate right policies relating to the trade, industry and rofession
of building construction and real estate development.
- To initiate organised action on the
subject connected with the profession of building construction for
increasing effciency, productivity and quality by Modernisation and
Technology Advancement.
- To collect and disseminate data,
Statistics and information and /or cause to help or assist in its
publication, on the subject related to the profession of building
construction.
- To formulate expect opinion on matter
arising out of Govt. Policies, to organize and to motivate meetings
seminars, conferences, exhibitions.
- To provide all possible expect advice,
guidance and assistance to Members and to make all possible efforts
in the general interest of the trade, industry and profession of building
construction.
- To promote and protect the general
inertests of the owner of the constructed remises and to promote welfare
schemes for such owners.
- To promote and protect the general
interests of the construction workers and promote welfare schemes
for them.
- To promote research in construction
and rea estate development. Collaboration or tie-up with national
& International associations conneced with real estate / construction
for mutual benefit.
- To set up and/or assist in setting
up training center for educational purposes' publish periodical, magazines/journals
arranging conferences, seminars, communication network. Corresponence
