The objectives of REDA are:
- To work within the framework of law
- To observe and abide by the Code of Conduct of REDA
- To follow a standard and uniform business practice in the best interest of customers
- To contribute to the industry of real estate development by conducting exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc.
- To contribute to the society by undertaking programs such as Skill Development of construction workers and Institution of scholarships to educate the economically backward meritorious students.
- To support sport and sporting activities in the state
- To participate in various national and international conferences and bring investment partners for development of large scale affordable housing complexes
- To work with government on a public private partnership (PPP) model to provide low-cost housing
- To conduct research and experiments to produce the best quality houses at affordable prices
